It allows for easy tracking of all our vehicles in one easy to use app and the GPS is very accurate. We use it to track everything from maintenance, to registration and driver information. And it is easy for our drivers to access and update information while on the road. Also, the customer service is amazing and they are always quick to answer our questions and very friendly.

So far, we have not had any major cons in using the system. It is a user friendly app and website that we would recommend to others.

As a growing business with multiple vans on the road every weekend, staying on top of servicing, MOTs, inspections and compliance is critical. The platform keeps everything organised in one place — service history, reminders, documents and reports. The automated alerts are particularly helpful as they reduce the risk of missing anything important. It’s simple to use, clear to navigate and works well for a business that needs visibility across multiple vehicles. Customer support has also been responsive when needed. Overall, it’s a solid system for fleet maintenance management and has helped us stay more structured and compliant."

The automated maintenance reminders and having all vehicle records stored in one place. It gives us clear visibility across our fleet, keeps us organised, and reduces the risk of missing MOTs, services or inspections. It’s simple to use and works well for a growing business managing multiple vehicles.

Pricing is slightly on the expensive side for smaller fleets. We currently only need one additional licence, but the requirement to purchase in larger bundles (minimum five) has meant we’ve held off expanding our subscription for now. More flexible licensing options would be helpful for growing businesses.

"A few years ago, we were searching for an easier way to manage our fleet. We found Autosist online, checked out the website and set up a demo. We worked with Z to get our account set up. They were very responsive and informative. Last year, we also added two of our sister branches to our account as well. The team was extremely helpful and took the time to review Autosist with each of the new offices. They were also instrumental in untangling our unique billing. Any time I reach out with a question, I am reminded how much I like working with the team at Autosist."

Autosist is very easy to use for fleet management once you get set up. The team is always very responsive and helpful. It's extremely helpful in our line of business to be able to access our fleet info via mobile app and on a desktop for information management. We really like being able to save all of our maintenance and inspection info in one place.

"As the new Transportation Coordinator here at ETS, I am also in charge of managing our fleet of 30 trucks and trailers. Several require DOT inspections and all require service. I researched several programs and found Autosist to be easy to use and most of what I needed. I would love to have our DOT inspection form in your templates. I tried modifying an existing template but could not make it work. It would require someone more savvy with creating forms."

It is very fuser friendly and intuitive. Tech support was great in the beginning when I needed assistance.

On date sensitive entries, the drop-down should start with the current year rather than have it listed last. Every date is usually today or in the future which requires scrolling rather than a quick click.

Pros : having a maintenance record for all of our school buses and school vans. Easy to look up specific vehicles . The mobile app is very useful , we don't have to be at a pc to look up information. The team is very helpful when we have a question or tech problem.

Over all I really don't have any complaints. One complaint the price we have to keep an eye on how man vehicles we have if we go over by a few it bumps us up to the next bracket.

AUTOsist made it easy to track our fleet maintenance and inventory. The price per unit made it an easy choice to go with AUTOsist. The system was easy for our team to learn and use with the mobile app when getting fuel and doing vehicle inspections.
− Cons
In the beginning we had some difficulty with getting our team set up initially with passwords but the upgrades to the system took care of that issue. Having records expire after a certain point makes it difficult for us to pull up previous records when necessary.

"Having tried other apps and even considered tracking it on my own, there are too many options I use in AUTOsist, particularly the reminders for routine maintenance, easy uploads of photos to each record, and I keep notes in each maintenance record so I don’t have to keep looking things up the next time I have to do it. Support has been good and they always work with me. The app is easy to use and have been using it for years without ever having to read instructions, but there are in-app prompts of tips & guides to help you if it’s the first entry you’re making in any particular section."

App does a great job tracking maintenance and repairs. Tried others in the past but nothing came close. Setting up the auto reminders for maintenance gives me great peace of mind.
− Cons
You need a connection to the Cloud but that’s not much of an issue. Recently, each time I select one of my cars and it opens up, it asks me if I want to save any changes every time I leave that particular screen, even though I haven’t done anything.

I maintain my own vehicles and this app makes my life and my record keeping so much easier! It is so simple to use and I love using it. I added a new bike and need an additional vehicle slot since my personal account only allowed for 5 vehicles and the Autosist team made it very easy to upgrade. I normally don't pay for apps but this one I am happy to as it is in constant use by me.

Several years ago we had gone through a Compliance Audit and Vehicle Maintenance was found unsatisfactory. The same officer did the New Entry Audit (our company had changed names and gotten a new DOT#) and was impressed with documentation. She called our VM "PRISTINE!" It keeps our guys on track with paperwork, sends reminders for PM and it's user friendly!! The team at Autosist has been amazing to work with and always prompt when answering any questions. Work orders are the most helpful for our team. Ease of use for all employees to report what needs to be fixed and/or repaired and our mechanics can see in real time what is going on.

Requiring the price of fuel. We have bulk fuel tanks and contract pricing with our fuel supplier, so this is not important info for the team to collect. I do have to say this is NOT a deal breaker, we simply put in a zero dollar amount.

We love using AUTOsist for our fleet management. It is easy to use and being as we have such a distributed workforce it really helps keep all of the records straight and reminds us when insurance cards and registrations need updating for different vehicles. The ability to have weekly and monthly checklists for each vehicle has been great as well. Just let me know where you would like me to post a review.

If you fill up a vehicle multiple times in a day like on a long trip, the system can get confused about the previous odometer reading. It pulls from the wrong entry and the system seems to not show order of fill up correctly.

I wouldn't say I like this least bc it's just the nature of the data, but I find it very manually entry heavy. Again without a digital transfer obviously it has to be manually input. But sometimes I think there must be a more efficient way to document all the service/maintenance that has occurred on equipment. Sometimes its being serviced by outside entities so I take the invoice and manually input those services

"The ability to track regular maintenance, not just on vehicles, but all the different equipment we have with easy has helped our mechanics tremendously. I used Autosist for years to record my service record on my trucks and I can check back anytime to monitor the spare parts life tenure which directly affect my maintainence cost. I do also like the reminders tab which I can schedule weekly maintainence and instruct my technician to do the preventive maintainence. This is important as down time is the biggest issues in transportation industry.

The enrollment process was easy and quick. We have about 20 fleet vehicle and it was extremely user friendly to set them all up and assign them to drivers. Our drivers favorite feature is that they are able to upload gas receipts and not have to try to hang on to them all.

I've told Autosist they should make this also for health records for tracking each of my kids/pets, etc. This program has been so helpful and saved me so much time.

The program holds all the relevant information to keep vehicles updated, including PDF copies of necessary documents that can be shared with employees on the road. Managers and end users can update daily if needed. We are notified and able to see vendor invoices immediately when vehicles are repaired or just regular maintenance is done; before the vehicle ever comes back in. We are better able to plan for major repairs or trade ins. Our insurance renewed during the week, while so many were on the road. Every driver had a copy of the new insurance card at their fingertips same day! This is most beneficial for gaining access in restricted areas for government jobs.

The least helpful is the mileage entries by individual update. We need a way to date these entries since they quite often are only entered once a week although the reading might be earlier in the week.

It keeps all my maintenance records in one easy to use location. I like how it's all organized, my drivers can inspect the vehicles and update milage. By doing so it can trigger a reminder to get the vehicle serviced, so keeping up with maintenance is a breeze. I especially love their customer service. They will address any concerns you have and quickly. You will not go wrong if you decide to use this platform.

I have a relatively large fleet of vehicles and overtime as more data was entered into my portal, it began to slow down on the web browser. The app on the phone remained fast. I contacted their support and they fixed the problem fast.

The excellent customer service ensured seamless uploading of our databases. Response to our emails is extremely quick and our requests are handled efficiently and to our complete satisfaction. When we initially started using this software we somehow managed to delete an entire data base. We notified [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN], who has been our customer service person, and he quickly restored the deleted data. As we became more familiar with the software we began using it more efficiently, and intuitively generated focused reports as needed. This software keeps our vehicle scheduled maintenance organized and accessible with just a few clicks. It has become an integral and indispensable asset for our department.

As the fleet manager, I really like the ability of the instant notifications when the crews find a problem. With our shift schedule I don't see everyone for a few days at a time to hear about a problem, plus when the crews identify a problem they might forget to send me an email when they get back into the office. The ability of this program to work on any media device to allow adding pictures and instant notifications sent to me allows me to know about the problem right away. This allows me to get a repair scheduled right away, not days later. And all the information is stored in the cloud so I can review anything from anywhere and not lose it.

The crews wish there was an easier way to know if every truck has been checked without going to each truck individually online to see if the check has been done. If there could be some kind of indicator showing what trucks have been checked for the day that resets at midnight or whenever the user wants.

Our office staff is working with the fleet team to input invoices, permits, work orders, and purchase info so all of that information is accessible to any of our users, anywhere, at any time. That way, if a driver is out of state and something happens, they have tons of relevant information at their fingertips through the app."

It works cross-platform and updates instantaneously, so I can update a vehicle's record on my desktop and my manager can check the app on her phone remotely to see the updated information. Our fleet drivers use Autosist to conduct their daily vehicle inspections and our fleet leader is automatically notified when anything has failed inspection. This keeps us aware of problems and also allows us to set reminders to check back in on recurring issues.

I'm not a fan of how "edit" mode and "view" mode look the same for records/inspections/notes. I would prefer the view mode to look more like saved information, rather than fillable fields -- if that makes sense? I constantly find myself opening a note and trying to click into the fields to start editing, then being confused as to why my cursor is x-ed out -- since I'm still on view mode, even though it looks like just the edit mode.

I love the ease of use for both myself and for my driver's. The range of technology skills amoung my drivers vary and even the drivers who lack technology skills can use the product quickly and correctly. I also, feel that it has all of the features that I need to keep my fleet's information up to date.

I find that some of the operations can be a little redundant and require too many clicks. An example is when I want to change a driver's access rights (view, add,edit, delete) on a particular I have to toggle each driver one at a time. I think it can be simplified more.

What we liked most about autosist is its ease of use. We needed a more sophisticated system fo maintenance tracking and this software fulfills all of our needs. Others that we demoed were more complicated from a user standpoint. We wanted something that would give us the proper reports we needed and also was easy to use for our mechanics. We are finally able to do away with manual spreadsheets and maintenance boards. The excel export spreadsheet is exactly what we need to track labor hours and maintenance records by department.
− Cons
We haven't really run into any "cons" just yet. If I had to think of one I would say the inability to eliminate some unnecessary fields would be it. We are able to add custom fields as needed, which is great. But we are unable to remove default fields that we dont want or need. Not a big deal, but it does make for a more cluttered user entry field.

Having access on your phone and computer make using this program very easy. I like being able to take pictures of invoices and attach them to our service records with my phone and then edit in detail using the desktop version of the program.

If i had to make one suggestion it would be to have the ability to create reminders for repairs prior to the mileage entered. I did talk with Autosist and they suggested changing the mileage to compensate for a early reminder. Easy enough.

"We are able to track our preventative maintenance to make sure trucks are serviced on regular intervals. Being able to search old records is a huge positive. I no longer have to dig through paper records to find a service record."

When the software is used on a daily basis, it sends us reminders about preventative maintenance. This is extremely important for us on our spare trucks as those are driven by multiple people and no 1 person is responsible for that truck. The way you can use the software to let the shop know of problems with the truck when they are noticed is great. This gives the maintenance shop a heads up that they will have to address it. They don't find out when the truck comes in. Autosist will build inspections to your specs. Their customer service is great. If you have a question, you talk to a person. You don't have to deal with an automated system.
− Cons
The only thing I feel Autosist is missing is the ability to track inventory. Other than that, I have no complaints.

What I like least is there is no tablet app. No default capitalization. All data is wiped if you change vehicle types while you're entering a new vehicle. I would much rather be able to enter the dates rather than using the drop-down and choosing dates from the multiple months because when you're trying to get your data entered to begin with it's a huge pain.

When creating service records, having the ability to attach to invoice to the record gives me the ability to electronically store the records instead of cluttering my office with paperwork. The fuel report is also useful in aiding our Borough Secretary while verifying fuel purchases for the month. The owner and his staff are exceptional to deal with and any issue that has been encountered is quickly resolved.

The ease of use on the web portal and the Apple and Android Apps make it available to all our officers. 1. I really would like to be able to change the language (Spanish in my case) 2. It would be a good thing to expend the permissions features for the assigned users. I would like more optional fields to input notes for other things more specific to what our company needs. We like a lot about this software but the ease of use is the best. The reminder feature is extremely helpful. We just set the reminder for mileage or date, whichever is appropriate for that particular reminder, and an email is sent to the responsible person when it is due. This has simplified routine maintenance for the entire fleet. The cost of this software is also attractive especially now that we see what it does for us.

"Experience: JACO limousine & Transportation - Louisville/KY & Knoxville/TN - with 2 locations and vehicles spread out across the region, we struggled to get keep current with issues and updates as they were reported because, like most in our industry, we had a paper filing system and operated out of excel. It was extremely inefficient and time-consuming because the there was no good way to run reports and keep up with photo records out of excel. We used several systems and applications to keep up with records and it was a MESS because the systems didn't integrate. As operations manager, I coordinated with dozens of industry partners and was unable to find an easy to use/frequently update, cost effective system that was iPhone/Android/desktop capable and could produce the reports I needed.
